Our Tenets

The MatureAsskicker Code Of Conduct:

We honor the following code without exception. Breach of conduct is investigated by tribe leaders and can result in suspension or expulsion.

  • Respect your fellow players, teammates, and leaders
  • No foul language in chat rooms, games, or forum postings
  • No taunting of opponents in matches
  • Keep your temper
  • Practice good sportsmanship
  • Obey the tribe chain-of-command
  • Be a gracious host in our own chat room
We all know that our games are also played by people who conduct themselves in a totally annoying and self-serving manner. We distinguish ourselves from these llamas by our conduct. We strive to be good players, good teammates, and good citizens of the gaming community.

We are proud of our reputation on and off the battlefield. Many of our members are regular and energetic participants in the community dialog which enlivens the game. We recognize that intellectual conflict is inevitable in a community as rich with opinion as that of online gaming but we strive to keep that conflict civil in tone if not in subject or opinion.

 Rules to Play By:

  1. We are a team
  2. The good of the Many is more important than the good of the One
  3. Attack one of us, and you have attacked all of us
  4. Experience matters (but nothing beats practicing together)
  5. No Team-Killing (even THAT guy)
  6. No senseless acts of stupidity unless it screws up the enemy worse than us
  7. We keep the game fun because it is just a game
  8. We are friendly, even to those losers who really piss us off and are too tricky or twitchy to kill easily
  9. We are led by those who have earned our trust and respect
