mind the quotes, those are important.

Leave it alone, it goes right into loading the server. |
I use this and it works great!
Apparently there's a similar solution for GameSpy Arcade as well.

It should work like normal now, and it even bypasses the annoying account screen at the start!
This is not 'officially' supported by Xfire.
But it will work for the time being until something changes.
Remember if you make this edit it will get overwritten the next time Xfire updates. |

Bought the ASE upgrade and really impressed, no hassles just click on the server I want to join and it does the rest to get me in. I highly recommend it.

If you have ASE installed you know that you can see other players, and that you can see if a server is in use, but that are limits that the free version gives you. If you click on the help you will find the register screen. For $15 for a year through yahoo, ASE (AllSeeingEye for those just seeing ASE for the first time) then gives you a lot of things that you can do, like selet a server as your favorite, then click on it and see who is playing and what map, and who is playing and what the score is, then you can join direct, if the server is full, you will be told and ASE will keep pinging until a spot opens up and then it immediately launched without you having to do anythintg else.
You can also have ASE see if you have any other supported games like Battlefront, Half life, Counter Strike and lots others. Check it out on Yahoo or just search All Seeing Eye.

Ah, ok, I've been using the paid version for a couple years. Yep, all that is pretty useful. And the developer listens on the Yahoo forum for ASE.
